I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient, especially with the Aquarium nearby. However, the rooms felt a bit tired and could use some updates, and the dining options left a lot to be desired. This hotel really impressed me with its great location, conveniently close to the aquarium, supermarkets, and restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but I did notice some issues like a worn mattress with dirt on it. The staff were genuinely friendly and went above and beyond to help. On the downside, the breakfast options were quite average and a bit on the expensive side, which was disappointing.
